At ABH IT Academy, we are committed to providing our students with high-quality education and training in information technology. Our programs are designed to deliver valuable learning experiences, equipping students with the skills needed to advance in their careers. ​ Due to the nature of our offerings and the resources involved in preparing and providing our courses, we maintain a No Refunds Policy. This policy applies to all our courses, programs, and any other services offered by ABH IT Academy.

Policy Details

Payments

Full payment is required to secure a place in our workshops or programs. Payment plans, if available, are subject to specific terms and conditions, which must be agreed upon at the time of enrollment.

No Refunds

Once a student has enrolled in a course or program, ABH IT Academy does not offer refunds for any reason. This includes, but is not limited to, non-attendance, personal circumstances, or dissatisfaction with the course content or delivery method.

Cancellation &
Rescheduling

ABH IT Academy reserves the right to cancel or reschedule courses. In the unlikely event of a course cancellation by ABH IT Academy, registered students will have the option to enroll in a rescheduled course or receive a credit for future courses. No cash refunds will be provided.

Exceptions

Exceptions to this No Refunds Policy may be considered on a case-by-case basis in extraordinary circumstances. Such exceptions are at the sole discretion of ABH IT Academy and may require documentation. Any refund in these situations may be subject to an administrative fee.

Agreement

By enrolling in any course or program at ABH IT Academy, students agree to this No Refunds Policy. It is the student's responsibility to review and understand this policy before enrollment.
